Use our art templates to create your artwork. Templates are located on each products order page. Follow our art guidelines and upload your complete art files after placing your order.
Our art department will review your files and send you a link to our Design Approval System where you will approve your art proofs online. Once approved, your order will enter production, be packaged and shipped.
We specialize in time sensitive last minute rush orders. Rush charges may apply. All rush orders require overnight shipping. It is important to use our artwork templates and follow our artwork guidelines. Submitting artwork correctly the first time will help ensure timely delivery. Rush order acceptance is based on when we receive artwork proof approval not when the order is placed. Contact customer service for rush service availability.
Production times are located on each products order page on our website. Production time begins the day after you have approved your art proof. After you place your order and upload your art files, using our artwork templates, our art department will check your files and email you an e-proof for your approval.
Our art department will make sure your art files pass all points of inspection and email you a proof for approval. Proof approval is required before your order can enter production. We also offer physical hard proofs for those who request them. Hard proofs come at addition cost and production time. Please refer to our Art Guidelines for detail.
Once your order has been place and art files uploaded please allow up to 24 hours to receive your email proof. Hard proofs will also receive an emailed proof for approval prior to the hard proof entering production. Hard proof production time is 2-3 days. Once art proofs are approved your order will enter production.
You can cancel your order any time before you approve your art proof. If after proof approval, the customer will be responsible for any manufacturing costs accrued up to the point of order cancellation. This can include but not limited to labor, hard proof, custom fabrication, printing, packaging and shipping costs.
Rush production is available. Rush production may accrue rush charges to complete your order. All rush order are required to ship overnight at additional cost. Please contact customer service for details.
We use UPS and FedEx as primary carriers for shipping our products. We ship using the standard services offered by these carriers to include Ground, 2nd Day, 3 Day and Next Day shipping. We do not use discounted ship methods that can cause delays in delivery. We do not use the US Postal Service for any product deliveries.
Our online store allows shipment to the US and Canada only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military bases that require the use of the USPS for deliveries. If you need to ship overseas please contact customer service to make arrangements.
All customers will receive tracking information via email once their order ships. Customers also have access to their My Account section of our website to view orders and track their deliveries.
Yes. Please contact customer service to change your ship method. Changing your ship method will accrue additional shipping charges. Same day shipping changes may not be possible.
